Preparing a request

The enquiry form keeps the details you enter in the current browser page while you prepare and review your request. Nothing is sent merely because you filled in the form. Closing or reloading the page may clear your draft.

Sending your request

If you choose “Send request”, the contact and property-search details shown in the review are sent through the WAXMAN website to Alexander’s private Telegram chat. If you choose “Continue in WhatsApp”, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Telegram and WhatsApp then process the information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Share only the information needed for your property search. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive documents in this initial enquiry.

Services used by the website

Pages and enquiry processing are hosted on Vercel. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. Opening the interactive map requests map data from OpenFreeMap and its map data providers. Submitting the website form contacts Telegram. These providers may receive standard connection information, including your IP address.

This version has no website analytics or advertising tracking enabled by WAXMAN. Hosting and external services may keep their own operational logs.
