Should I give a nightly budget or a total budget?
A budget for the full stay is most useful. If you have a nightly or monthly target, include that too and state whether it should cover all quoted charges.
Can I request a family apartment, a lift or space to work?
Yes. Include the ages of children if relevant, the sleeping setup, step-free access needs, workspace and any other essentials. Each requirement is checked against the particular option.
